Neben dem neuen Studioalbum "Lightning Strikes Twice" wird auch ein neues live Album (aufgenommen auf der "After The Rain Tour") sowie die originalen "After The Rain" Demos über das italienische Plattenlabel erscheinen.
Die beiden Nelson Brüder arbeiten aktuell am neuen Werk wie Gunnar Nelson berichtet:

"After The Rain" nannte sich das erfolgreiche 90iger multi-Platin Debutalbum und brachte der Band einen Nummer 1 Hit mit"Caint Live Without Your Love And Affection", drei Top 10 Singles, vier #1 MTV Videoclips und fünf Top 40 Billboard Chart Platzierungen.
Nachdem Mitte der 90iger der "Grunge" die Welt eroberte mussten auch NELSON - wie viele andere Rock Acts der späten 80iger und frühen 90iger Jahre - das Feld räumen. Die Brüder blieben sich jedoch treu, gaben nicht auf und veröffentlichen weitere sieben Alben über ihr eigenes Label Stone Canyon Records.
Das Talent im Showgeschäft zu bestehen bekam das Brüderpaar bereits in die Wiege gelegt, denn die gesamte Familie Nelson ist seit den 30iger Jahren überaus erfolgreich im Showgeschäft tätig. Ozzie und Harriet Nelson wurden mit "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet" weltberühmt und dessen Sohn, Vater von Gunnar and Matthew, Rickie Nelson zählt zu den Größen der amerikanischen Musiker Riege.
Fan's der Band dürfen sich also nach vielen Jahren auf ein neues Nelson Meisterwerk freuen.
